Polyoxoniobate-based 3D framework materials with photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity.
Two phosphoniobate-based 3D frameworks were firstly constructed using the hexa-capped Keggin polyoxoniobates [PNb12O40(VO)6](3-) and copper cations. Photocatalytic studies indicated that the hybrid materials exhibit photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity.
متن کاملTopological morphology conversion towards SnO2/SiC hollow sphere nanochains with efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution.
Novel SnO2/SiC hollow sphere nanochains were synthesized by topological morphology conversion of SnO2@C core-shell nanochains through a vapour-solid reaction. Evaluation of the SnO2/SiC HSNCs for the generation of hydrogen revealed that they exhibit excellent catalytic activity and durability.
متن کاملNano Sized Ni/TiO2 @ NaX Zeolite with Enhanced Photocatalytic Activity
Nickel doped TiO2nano particles (1% w/w) were prepared and immobilized on NaX zeolite and after characterization by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy used as photo catalyts for degradation of orange G. The X-ray diffraction patterns show that the supported TiO2 are crystallized in anatase form and the intensity of the zeolite peaks decreases with the incre...
متن کاملBubble template synthesis of Sn2Nb2O7 hollow spheres for enhanced visible-light-driven photocatalytic hydrogen production.
Hierarchical Sn2Nb2O7 hollow spheres were prepared for the first time via a facile hydrothermal route using bubbles generated in situ from the decomposition of urea as soft templates. The as-obtained hollow spheres with a large specific surface area of 58.3 m(2) g(-1) show improved visible-light-driven photocatalytic H2 production activity in lactic acid aqueous solutions, about 4 times higher ...
متن کاملHierarchical Heterostructure of ZnO@TiO2 Hollow Spheres for Highly Efficient Photocatalytic Hydrogen Evolution
The rational design and preparation of hierarchical nanoarchitectures are critical for enhanced photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). Herein, well-integrated hollow ZnO@TiO2 heterojunctions were obtained by a simple hydrothermal method. This unique hierarchical heterostructure not only caused multiple reflections which enhances the light absorption but also improved the lifetime and...
